Sandra Comadina, CPGA
Director

Since becoming a golf professional
in 1994 Sandra's interest and focus has always been to help and
encourage women to get into the game. Her biggest asset is the
ability to listen and communicate effectively. She understands
the frustrations of the novice and the predictable habits of the
experienced. Sandra loves the game, and her enthusiasm inspires
her students.
Sandra currently competes part
time on the Canadian Women’s tour, has won the BCPGA Women’s
Championship and was low Club Professional at the 2000 Whirlpool
Canadian Women’s Championship. She has also caddied on the
LPGA tour for fellow Canadian, Nancy Harvey.
Sandra has been a guest speaker
with Too Much Fun Golf Events and the Vancouver Golf and Travel
Show. She has been interviewed on CBC Radio and in the Vancouver
Sun on golf related topics. She has also been a contributing writer
for Canadian Women Golfer Magazine and has golf tips on Global TV morning news.
Sandra became a Canadian
PGA member in 1994 and did her apprenticeship at the Whistler
Golf Club.
Sandra continually upgrades her teaching skills and knowledge
by attending seminars and classes conducted by the CPGA, LPGA
and PGA of America. She has been an instructor with Resort Golf
Schools, Whistler Golf Schools, Nike Junior Camps, Inner City
Youth Camps and the Vancity Women’s Golf Fair.
