Reservation Policies

A $200.00 deposit is required upon registration.
Full Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days, full payment will be required at time of booking.

Cancellations

You may change your school date, with no penalty, provided there is written notice at least 14 days in advance.

If you cancel and do not reschedule: at least 14 days in advance: $ 75.00
Less than 14 days $200.00

No show without notice: Full package price

Rainchecks

If the school/or portion thereof is cancelled due to inclement weather, the missed instruction/play portion will be calculated into a dollar amount and applied to future tuition. No cash refunds will be made.

Transportation

Air, ground, and ferry transportation is the responsibility of the student. There is a shuttle service provided at some schools once you are on site. Ask for details.
